Our story

As a couple we started out with very little. Not very many resources or help to get us to where we wanted to be in life. What we did have was drive and determination and a little bit of tenacity to accomplish what many are afraid to achieve. We started a construction company that specialized in waterproofing and dampproofing with one truck and some really good business connections. Shawn had no training and learnt how to run a business by hard work and learning from mistakes. At the time we were just starting a family as well and things were quickly coming to a peak. Through the years we also have had our own challenges with home ownership and business. During the recession we almost lost our home had we not of been creative with our finances. In fact, there are many times we've had to sacrifice things in order to get by. Those times are hard on individuals and families alike. As the years have gone on and the industry we're in has had it's ups and downs, we keep coming back to real estate as a passion of ours. It is our goal to help support families by providing them with an outcome that will put them in a better trajectory of their financial future.
